Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days.

Shipments are not processed on weekends or holidays. Upon unusually high order flow there may be a wait of an additional 5 business days on top of the existing 5 guarantee. We will indicate in the product description when this is the case.

Shipment to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO Addresses is supported.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation and order tracking number no later than 24 hours after your product leaves our facility.

Customs, duties, and taxes

GameCodeAcademy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GameCodeAcademy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
